The story behind Tripfest
Tripfest started in Lagos, Nigeria, as a travel agency built around a simple idea: travellers shouldn't have to become experts in fares, visas and booking platforms just to take a trip.
Every week, clients came to us with the same requests — a route, a set of dates, a visa deadline — and wanted one thing: to hand it off to someone who'd actually handle it, instead of piecing it together themselves across a dozen tabs and unreliable listings.
So that's what we built. A place to submit a request and let a pool of real agents do the work, with clear tracking the whole way through.
